Buzzy doing maps

First two classes of doing ‘Think Like A Bee’, and the puns have already started. We’ve had; you must beehave yourself and buzz off. I am only expecting it to get worse.

Both classes were fab at being bees yesterday and they came up with some good ways of plotting geographical features on their maps. Lots of children came up with using a key and were good at knowing how to use a compass.

Looking forward to my new hive tomorrow. Buzzing off for now.

WOW RECEPTION ARE FAB

I spent the whole of last night having really scary dreams of being prodded and poked by small creatures. Then I realised why I’d had such a bad dream because I had to teach the reception class this afternoon…could they really be that bad?

I was so wrong. I can’t believe how believe how fantastic the Snapdragon class was today. We have just had so much fun outside which was brilliant. All of the children were so good at listening and following the instructions we gave. The lesson would have been a bit smoother if Mr Bradshaw hadn’t sent me, yet another, dead spider. Next time Mr Bradshaw, please can I have flowers, chocolate or a bag of five pound notes. I am now really looking forward to having Cactus class.
