We all know the importance of exercise and how it can promote good health and wellbeing. Some of these activities were aimed to push their bodies a little bit more than they probably would usually do, some activities showed them that playing games can also be healthy for them.
Welly Wanging is one of the firm favourites with the children. They throw a welly as far as they can and the furthest distance is the winner.

Ball Games were played in teams. We had under/over, beat the ball, double ball cross over and tick-tack. These games involved using various parts of the body.
