Listen, Think, Learn & Enjoy . . .

S.E.M.H.

This week we have been concentrating on the 6 strand Focus. The children have been practising problem solving, communication and observation.

Problem solving in groups of 3 or 4 the challenge was to build a stick tower around a tree.

How well did your group communicate?

Were you happy with your tower?

What problems arose and how were they solved?

We were making connections in P4C using photographs that the children thought connected to something were looking forward to in the future.

Did this activity help you to think about your future?

Which picture did you connect to?

Did you relate to someone else’s connection?

How are you going to achieve what you want in the future?

Following the discussions and observations last week the children were able to complete some of the jobs they had identified.

Which job did your year group do?

Did you use tools?

Have you completed your job?

Did you observe any future jobs that need to be addressed?
