Our School Council elections took place in September, and we’d like to say a huge well done to all the children who took part.
This year, we had over 80 applicants who wanted to be on the School Council — what an incredible level of enthusiasm and dedication! Congratulations to the pupils who were shortlisted and voted in by their classmates.

School Council News 🌳
Our School Council have been very busy this term!
First, they met with the site team to discuss the outdoor area outside Year 3 and Year 4. To help make an important decision, the Council asked all pupils in the school to vote on whether to keep the trees or cut them down. The result was clear — the vote went to save the trees!
Following this, the School Council gathered fundraising ideas from across the school. We’re excited to announce that we’ll be holding a Crazy Hair Day to raise money for this outdoor project. We can’t wait to see everyone’s creative hairstyles!
The Council have also been encouraging children to take part in a national competition to design a library and reading spaces for our school. Pupils have a few weeks left to complete their designs before we send them off. Fingers crossed we can create a winning design, which would mean a portable reading area for a whole year!
Well done to all our School Council members for their hard work, teamwork, and fantastic ideas.
